ADVANCED COMPONENTS offers solutions for all common stitching plate designs for all types of needle punching machines. Our bed and stripper plates are made of heat-treated quality steel. For special applications there are special coating processes or stainless-steel executions to extend life span of the plates. A special surface treatment on the perforated area (drilled area) guarantees a smooth fiber transport through the needling machine.
