Executions
BASIC 1700/200 – 380
The BASIC from Advanced Components enables a safe and easy repair of needle boards with the following dimensions:
Length: 700 – 1700mm
Width: 200 – 380mm
Thickness: all needle board thicknesses
Application:
The needle board to be processed is manually inserted into the table from above. Sturdy polyamide sliding guides hold the board precisely and allow the board to be moved quickly in the table. In addition, the polyamide sliding guides dampen the shocks during the reapair works and thus considerably reduce the noise level during needle board repair.
When the board is turned, it is removed from the top of the table (lifted), turned by two people and put back into the table.
The height of the table can be adjusted by 150 mm using four stable adjustable feet and can therefore be customised to suit the individual operator.
As an option, the table can be fitted with four solid castors (instead of adjustable feet).
For operation from a seated position, the table legs can be shortened and fitted with a centre strut instead of side struts.
BASIC TOP 1700/200 – 380
The BASIC TOP from Advanced Components enables a safe and easy needle board repair with the following dimensions:

Width: 200 – 380mm

A special feature of the BASIC TOP is the possibility to use it in combination with a standard table or a table with height adjustment. The BASIC TOP can be easily mounted on any table top, using the mounting brackets, supplied together with our BASIC TOP.
